Bobby Lewis became a rock and roll legend when "Tossin' and Turnin" became a #1 hit in 1961 and was #3 in sales for the entire decade of the the 1960's. AMSTB features Bobbys performance ability as well as his writing with his new original song "Unemployed."
Lewis Lymon achieved success at age 11 as the lead singer of the original Teenchords with the 1957 hit "Im So Happy." Over the years Lewis recorded a string of records with older brother Frankie. Lymons collaboration on AMSTB is essencial to VOl. 1's timeless sound.

Pookie Hudson, lead singer of the Spaniels, penned the hit single "Goodnight, Sweetheart, Goodnight." The song raced up the charts in 1954, leaving it's mark on the Doo-Wop erra. Pookie proved his staying power and offered his master vocal style to a brand new generation.
Charlie Thomas has recorded as lead singer for the Drifters and is on more Drifters recordings than any other member throughout their recording history of the late 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. "Be My Rock" reunites two of the great artists of the Drifters’ era, Charlie Thomas and songwriter, Doc Pomus.

Doc Pomus is known for writing many songs for the Drifters including, “Save the Last Dance for Me”, “This Magic Moment” and also penned Charlies’ famous lead on “Sweets for My Sweet”.

The Blues Burners, are a legendary backing band. Founded in the late 80's, TBB have been the band for Blues and Rock legends such as Chuck Berry, Otis Rush, Johnny Copeland and Hubert Sumlin.
